The images in this Virtual Home Tour were taken at the show flat of Unit H on 8th Floor of West Wing and that of Unit F on 8th Floor of East Wing of the Development (collectively, the "show flats") on 14 April 2020 and were not taken on-site in the actual units of the Development. The condition of the residential properties displayed in this Virtual Home Tour may be different from the condition of the actual units upon completion. This Virtual Home Tour is for reference only. Due to technical or equipment constraints, there may be image distortion while viewing this Virtual Home Tour so that the presentation may not be in scale and may not reflect the actual size of the objects therein.
The show flats displayed in this Virtual Home Tour are for presenting the residential properties concerned only, and does not constitute and shall not be construed as constituting any representation or warranty in respect of the view from any residential property in the Development or the external appearance of any part of the Development, whether or not the external finishes, external pipes, or appearance of any part of the Development have been shown.
The show flats displayed in this Virtual Home Tour contain the air grilles, fire sprinklers, visual advisory alarms, emergency lighting sprinkler heads, exit signs, speakers and features in the show flats. They are built-in facilities of the sales office and the actual show flats. There are no such facilities in the residential property of the Development and they may not be installed therein. Due to physical constraints of the venue, the floor-to-ceiling height of different parts of the show flats is less than the corresponding projected height of the parts concerned of the residential properties as specified in the sales brochure. As a result, the air-conditioner(s) in the show flats is installed in a position lower than the position in which the air-conditioner(s) will be installed in the actual units. Also due to the constraints in the floor-to-ceiling height of the show flats, the size of the air-conditioner(s) in the show flats displayed in this Virtual Home Tour does not reflect the size of the air-conditioner(s) to be installed in the actual units. The upper part of the air-conditioner(s) displayed in this Virtual Home Tour as well as that in the show flats are hidden in the false ceiling.

The cameras, video recorders or other equipment which may appear in the reflection in glass, mirrors or other reflecting surfaces of the show flats displayed in this Virtual Home Tour are not parts of the standard provisions to be provided in the actual units and will not be provided in the actual units.
Saleable area and the floor areas of every balcony, utility platform and verandah (if any) to the extent that it forms part of the residential property are calculated in accordance with section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. Symbols of fittings and fitments such as shower base, sink, water closet, sink counter, etc. shown at the floor plans are prepared based on the latest approved building plans and are for general indication only. The floor plans have been simplified and are for reference only. The vendor reserves the right to modify the building plans and all representations shall be subject to the final approved building plans. The air-conditioning unit(s) for the residential unit will be placed in the air-conditioning platform(s) which form parts of the common areas of the Development.
